Canada Named China to Its Digital Axis of Evil. What About Huawei?

Back in 2002, U.S. President George W. Bush gave us the “axis of evil,” naming North Korea, Iran, and Iraq as state sponsors of terrorism. Now, Canada’s Communications Security Establishment (CSE) has given us a new axis of evil in a report identifying China, Russia, Iran, and North Korea as state sponsors of cybercrime.
